Julie and Tim were awesome. They have great communications skills and stayed in touch through the engagement, from initial contact through departure. They are flexible and pleasant. They were great with our 3 large dogs and one cat. One dog required about 10 pills a day and they managed that with grace. When we returned our house was in great shape. Everything was in its place. Sheets washed. Towels precisely hanging as we left them. We feel so fortunate they we available to stay at our house and take care of our pack. I cannot offer high enough praise or adequately express how much confidence they inspired. They are the best! I wish there were six star to rate them.
