Kentfield

We look for another house sit close by where we can still work and juggle our home responsibilities. We are grateful to be accepted in Kentfield with 3 cocker spaniels.

Julie has the opportunity to drive down and meet the homeowners and dogs and get the lay of the land prior to the sit. This is always helpful and reassuring for all parties involved. Likewise the homeowners have created a detailed manual as to home and pet care. We greatly appreciate these “go to” bibles.

It is a rainy time and we wake one morning thinking the pool might just overflow. We are able to consult the “bible” and touch base with the pool guy as well as the homeowners to learn that it will be ok.

The cockers, Lucy, Lucky and Alfie, are so sweet. It’s funny how the animals are the best guides as to timing, routines and even the walking routes. We enjoy hiking the local hills with these characters.
